You may or may not know that the Pearl has been looking to change venues for quite some time. The CORE has finally found a new home for the Pearl. As of May 6 we will be meeting here:

For those of you that came to the Easter Sunday movie, this is the same location. Service time will stay the same, 6:30 pm. There is a cafe in the lobby so feel free to come early and stay late. (We will update the map on the Contact Us page as soon as possible)

Please join us this Sunday, April 29th as we celebrate the founder and pastor of the Pearl In Taipei. We will be worshipping together, laughing together, crying together, praying together and maybe even eating together. It would be awesome to see a packed house as we show our appreciation to the man who has done so much for our church. See you at 6:30pm!

This past Sunday Pastor Dan announced that he be would be returning to Chicago for an extended leave in order to rest and replenish his soul. After this one year leave Dan may or may not return to the Pearl. The CORE and CREW will continue to lead the Pearl as we move forward into the next phase of our church. Dan’s last Sunday will be April 29th but he will be staying in Taiwan until the first week of June. Please pray for Dan as it has been a hard decision to let go of the Pearl and pray for our church as we work our way through a time of transition.

The sanctuary we normally meet in is being used next Sunday night so we are moving our service to a different location. Please join us at 56 Heping W Rd. Sec.1 2F (Guting MRT exit 9) Walk 3 minutes west on Heping, the church is above the Noble Steak House.

6-9pm. We will be watching “Passion of the Christ”. Bring your friends to share in this powerful Easter experience.

After months of collaborative work we have the first edition of the Pearl In Taipei website up and running. We hope you enjoy the look of it and we also hope that it will be a major hub of action in the future as we plan to add online sermons, podcasts, videos, and photos. But for now we’re taking it one baby step at a time. the Pearl would like to thank Victor Xavier, Chris McKenzie and Andy Wu who all put in a lot of time and effort. Please be patient as we slowly add content, look for the ministries page to take some life in the next month or so.
